What is RSS?

RSS (or Really Simple Syndication) feeds are free content feeds from Web sites like kaisernetwork.org that contain article headlines, summaries and links back to full-text articles online.

How do I start?

First, read our Terms and Conditions.

To start using RSS, you need a special news reader or aggregator that displays RSS content feeds. There are many different news readers available, many of which are free of charge. Most are available to download and install on your computer. Several Web-based news readers are available as well.

Once you have set up your news reader, you simply choose the RSS content feeds you want.

How do I get RSS feeds of the GlobalHealthReporting.org News Summaries?

•  Click on the orange XML button for the Report you want. A page will appear with XML code that your feed reader will decipher to display the headlines.

•  Copy the URL of this page, which you will see in the "Address" field of your browser.

•  Follow the instructions in your particular news reader as to where to paste the URL.

•  Repeat for additional report subscriptions.

I'd like an RSS feed for news summaries with specific topic/keywords. How do I do this?

•  Go to the GlobalHealthReporting.org search engine, check "news summaries only" and enter your keywords.

•  On the right side of the search results page, you'll see:
